Pricing: Pricing shall be for services and related materials only, inclusive of additional work. Also, the customer will have to pay if transport cost is required for carrying new materials/parts. However, an idea of the cost will be given to the customer and the work will be started subject to prior approval.
Advance payment: 30% of the total price must be paid in advance by the customer to confirm the order before starting the service.
Payment: Cash in hand or online payment to the Karmojog Authority subject to receipt of total bill/invoice from Karmojog after completion of service.
Liability: Karmojog shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage to the client’s property or personal safety, accident, theft, or any other incidental damage caused by Karmojog’s representative during the performance of the service by Karmojog. Also, karmojog shall not be responsible for any pre-existing problems. The Client is solely responsible for monitoring, using and supervising the operation of the resources provided by the Service Providers.
Supply of Goods: Customer shall supply all necessary goods. If for any reason Karmojog is required to transport the goods, the cost shall be borne by the customer.
Service Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order after placing the order for any reason, you must cancel 2 hours before the service provider arrives at your location. Otherwise, you may have to pay Tk 250 as visiting charges to the specialist.
Scheduling: Due to any political or natural crisis the service delivery date may be postponed or changed.
Extra Services: The client cannot take any service other than as specified in the service description by Karmojog and must inform Karmojog if desired
Warranty: Warranty on consumables and parts (if used) shall be as per manufacturer. However, 5-day service warranty will be provided by Karmojog.
